Sumit Gandhi
SCA India was founded & incorporated under the leadership of Founder & CEO, Sumit Gandhi, who is a known enterpreneur and veteran in the field of Medical Coding. Over last 22 years, he has spearheaded various startups, before partnering with SCA Health, and has led and grown the businesses with his unique strategic thinking & restlessness to improvise. Sumit has trained over 400 Surgery Coders & several Coding Trainers and contributed them to the Coding community. He is six-sigma certified from and holds CPC credentials along with bachelors and masters in Business and is also a lawyer. He is a firm believer that setting up a right tone & culture and taking care of business & people with authenticity & accountability can help address most of the modern business problems. Sumit’s vision is to double up the growth and business for SCA India within next 5 years.
Naveta Garg
“A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events and outcomes. It is a catalyst and sparks extraordinary results.” – This quote describes Naveta best. Since joining SCA in April 2020 Naveta has served as a leader of Human Resources and Director on Board. Naveta is an MBTI certified and a POSH certified HR professional. Naveta has completed her MBA in Human Resources and is pursuing MA in Psychology. Prior to joining SCA, Naveta has served multiple industries in HR space itself.
Bhavesh Kumar Jha
Bhavesh has been with SCA India since 2018 and serves as a Senior Director Training and Capacity Development. Prior to SCA, he led Medical Coding operation in different organizations. He earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from SCDL Pune and he is a certified member of AHIMA and AAPC.
Vinay Sharma
Vinay joined SCA in 2021 and serves as Senior Director- Business Operations. Prior to SCA, Vinay worked on various leadership roles in Revenue Cycle Space with Global Growth & R1 RCM. Vinay earned a Post Gradurate degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis Pune.

A team of 100+ certified coders with most of them trained, groomed, and developed inhouse through our unique Coding Training program. Our Training Leaders bring in over 2 decades of Surgery Coding experience and that makes our Coding team stand over 98.5% accuracy each month.
- Unique RCO Certification program – SCA is the first one in India to launch the unique end-to-end Revenue cycle training program. While others are watching and learning from us to set up similar training programs, we are on the high-pace trajectory to take this program to the next level to include additional curricula and take on our 4th certification batch.
